Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BeezIndex company-intelligence software, websites and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Services

BeezIndex provides subscription software for researching companies and public websites using public company information, public web evidence and appropriately licensed sources. Results are research context only. A record or detection does not guarantee that a company identity, technology, business detail, careers page or website status is complete, current or officially verified.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access or use the Services in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

3. Plans and billing

BeezIndex offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled. Prices, features, billing periods and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payment processing or merchant-of-record services may be provided by Paddle, and your billing statement may identify Paddle. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use BeezIndex to:

send or facilitate spam, telemarketing, SMS, email or social-media campaigns;
operate an advertising network, job board, recruitment marketplace or candidate-placement service;
build profiles of private individuals or make automated decisions about people;
access data or systems without authorisation, or bypass access controls and rate limits;
infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
resell the Services or use them to enable third parties to sell products through a marketplace; or
violate applicable privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, sanctions or other laws.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, unlawful data use, security risks or material violations of these Terms.

5. Contact-data boundary and user responsibility

BeezIndex is company and website research software, not a contact-data, lead-generation or outreach service. The Services do not provide personal email addresses, telephone numbers, mobile numbers or contact lists as a product output. You must not attempt to extract, infer, upload, re-identify, disclose or use personal contact data through the Services, or use BeezIndex to send or facilitate direct marketing.

Public and licensed information can change, contain errors or be subject to source-specific terms. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them, using exports and integrations lawfully, and respecting correction or removal requests.

6. Intellectual property

BeezIndex and its software, design, documentation and content are owned by BeezIndex or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your plan limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business research. You must not copy, reverse engineer, overload or commercially resell the Services.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, current results, a particular business outcome or that every detected signal is accurate. BeezIndex does not provide legal, financial, medical, recruitment or marketing advice.

8. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue parts of the Services, update these Terms or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or operation. You may stop using the Services or cancel a paid plan in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
